Our Groundwork Program has completed its third successful year! This program offers riders an opportunity to build confidence, develop physical well-being, and strengthen their connection with their horse partner.

 

     From hands-on grooming and tacking to learning the routines and responsibilities of working with a horse, riders develop valuable skills while building trust and a special bond with their equine partner.

     

     The nine-week program culminates in a judged showmanship routine, highlighting the riders’ newly developed skills as they work together with their faithful steed as one.

 

     It has been especially rewarding to see longtime riders transition into the Groundwork Program, discover a place where they truly shine, and excel in their new skills.
