This new format for returning riders is our attempt to make submitting your paperwork easier. You can complete the form directly when it opens. But it seems to work better if you save it to your computer and open it from Acrobat or Acrobat Reader. Then it will tab to each space that needs to be filled. Make sure you also get the Medical Form completed by your doctor
